Our team is actively hiring for a Full Time EFDA to support our growing team in Mentor, OH. This is a private practice and not a large corporate position. We are a people business first, dental business second. The starting pay for this position is $30-35/hour or more depending on the right person and experience, as well as customer service and quality of care to our patients.

Our office hours are M-Th 8am-4pm and Fridays from 8am-1pm.

For our full-time EFDA’s who have made it through the probationary period and meet all requirements, we offer a very comprehensive and competitive benefits package, pay increases based on performance, and bi-weekly/monthly bonuses!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm and Friday 7:30am-1pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
